Expect The Smashing Pumpkins to re-issue the Machina albums as one complete package, the way Billy Corgin intended them to be in the first place. It was roughly 18 years ago that Corgin printed only a small number of Machina II and ordered his friends to flood the then upstart file sharing juggernaut Napster so people could get it free as it was to be an act of rebellion towards their record company.
